智能座舱交互体验的现状与展望

摘要: 目前汽车行业正值百年未有之大变局,消费群体深度变迁,行业竞争显著加剧,商业 模式创新不断,用户对智能汽车的极致体验需求日益迫切。为探索智能汽车体验感和用户获 得感的提高,文章从语音交互、手势交互、视觉交互三方面进行综述,总结分析了当前智能 座舱主要交互方式的基本情况、工作原理、商业化技术阻碍等内容,提出智能座舱交互方式 的改善思路,并对未来智能交互体验作出展望,为后续提升用户车载智能化体验的工作提供 有益参考。

Abstract: Never before has the auto industry changed so much. Due to the change of consumer groups as while as the significantly increased competition, business models innovate constantly. Users are hungry for the perfection of smart car experience. To improve the smart car experience and users' sense of gain, this article reviews voice interaction, gesture interaction and visual interaction, summarizes and analyzes the basic situation, application principle, technical obstacles of commercialization process and other contents of the current main intelligent cockpit interactive methods. It provides some ideas of the improvement and the outlook of the intelligent interactive experience, which will provide useful reference for the subsequent work of improving users' intelligent cockpit experience.
