混合动力整车动力响应性测试分析

摘要: 整车动力响应性的提升有助于动力性水平的改善,是提升消费者驾驶感受的重要指标 之一。有些车型动力性很足,动力响应性却不佳,严重影响消费者的驾驶感受。论文从消费 者对响应性需求高的实际驾驶场景出发,针对某款混合动力车型设计了蠕行起步、原地起步、 动态起步、急加速、急加速 kick down 降挡和模式切换 6 种测试工况,并制定了蠕行起步响应 时间、原地起步响应时间等 7 项响应性评价指标及相应分析方法,从消费者实际使用角度提 出动力性开发过程中应关注的响应性指标,进而提升消费者对品牌的满意度。分析结果表明, 混动车型动力响应性受整车性能调校及动力源匹配策略影响,尽早释放需求扭矩的控制策略 有利于响应性的提升。

Abstract: The improvement of vehicle dynamic responsiveness is conducive to the improvement of power level, and is one of the important indicators to improve consumers' driving experience. Some models have sufficient power but poor power response, which seriously affects the driving experience of consumers. Starting from the actual driving scenario with high responsiveness demand of consumers, this paper designed six test conditions for a hybrid electric vehicle, including creep start, in place start, dynamic start, rapid acceleration, kick down downshift and mode switching, and formulated seven responsiveness evaluation indexes and corresponding analysis methods, including creep start response time and in place start response time. From the perspective of consumers' actual use, this paper put forward the responsive indicators that should be paid attention to in the process of dynamic development, so as to improve consumers' satisfaction with the brand. The analysis results show that the dynamic responsiveness of hybrid electric vehicles is affected by the vehicle performance adjustment and power source matching strategy, and the control strategy of releasing the required torque as soon as possible is conducive to the improvement of responsiveness.
