基于智能手机的纯电动公交乘坐舒适性分析

Ride Comfort Analysis of Pure Electric Bus Based on Smart Phone

摘要: 为研究纯电动公交运行过程中普遍存在的“晕车”问题,文章以智能手机为数据采集 设备,实车采集 10 条线路 82 位驾驶人的逐秒运行数据。将公交车运行过程分为加速、匀速、 减速三个阶段,分析发现加速、减速阶段分别有 49.6%、30.8%的瞬时加速度超过了舒适阈值, 会使乘客出现不适感,同时匀速阶段速度稳定性远低于社会车辆。此外,为研究驾驶风格与 乘坐舒适性的关系,基于车辆运行参数,利用谱聚类算法将驾驶人分为三类,分析发现驾驶 风格越激进,驾驶人乘坐不适感越强。通过对公交运行过程的分解与对驾驶人的有效聚类, 可为纯电动公交乘坐舒适性改善、运行服务质量评价、驾驶人驾驶技能改善等方面提供理论 指导与数据支撑。

Abstract: In order to study the common problem of "carsickness" in the operation of pure electric bus, this paper uses smart phones as data acquisition equipment to collect the second by second operation data of 82 drivers on 10 lines. The bus operation process is divided into three stages: acceleration, uniform speed and deceleration. The analysis shows that 49.6% and 30.8% of the instantaneous acceleration in the acceleration and deceleration stages respectively exceed the comfort threshold, which will make passengers feel uncomfortable. At the same time, the speed stability in the uniform stage is far lower than that of social vehicles. In addition, in order to study the relationship between driving style and ride comfort, drivers are divided into three categories by using spectral clustering algorithm based on vehicle operating parameters. The analysis shows that the more aggressive the driving style is, the stronger the ride discomfort will be. Through the decomposition of the bus operation process and the effective clustering of drivers, it can provide theoretical guidance and data support for improving the riding comfort of pure electric bus, the evaluation of operation service quality, and the targeted improvement of drivers' driving skills.
