Abstract: According to the announcement on deepening the reform of automobile compulsory product certification (No.1 Announcement of Certification and Accreditation Administration of the P.R.C in 2017), a series of changes have taken place in the content and format of the vehicle conformity certificate. The vehicle conformance certificate platform of the company where the author is working has been upgraded and developed in view of this announcement and the shortcomings in workflow, coding rules and other aspects. Based on the whole development process, the author shows the upgrade process and implementation effect. By comparing the workflow, parameter extraction, data matching and other improvement effects before and after the platform upgrade, the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to integrate professional knowledge and computer knowledge to achieve a fast and efficient filing and printing of vehicle conformity certificate. The author looks forward to discussing the role of the intelligent office platform in the development of enterprises with the same industry to promote the consistency of vehicle certificate parameters and the optimization of related workflow.
