基于模糊算法的太原市公交服务质量评价

摘要: 公交乘坐率与其服务质量紧密相关,文章以太原市公交服务质量为着手点,从公交线 路规划、公交系统服务质量、公交配套设施、车上人员服务质量四方面构建了评价指标体系, 通过判断矩阵确定了指标的权重值,最终采用模糊算法得出质量评价。结果显示,太原市公 交服务质量最终得分为 2.9,质量等级一般,其中公交系统服务质量与车上人员服务质量两方 面得分别为 3.106 与 3.45,服务质量相对较好,公交线路规划与公交系统服务质量两方面得 分分别为 2.80 与 2.71,服务质量一般。

Abstract: This paper takes the bus service quality of Taiyuan city as the starting point, constructs an evaluation index system from four aspects: bus route planning, bus system service quality, bus supporting facilities and onboard personnel service quality, determines the weight value of the index through judgment matrix, and finally uses fuzzy algorithm to arrive at the quality evaluation. The results show that the final score of Taiyuan's public transport service quality is 2.9, and the quality grade is average. The service quality of public transport system and the service quality of people on board are 3.106 and 3.45, respectively. The service quality is relatively good. The scores of public transport route planning and public transport system service quality are 2.80 and 2.71, respectively, and the service quality is average.
