铆钉监控系统在汽车总装车间的应用

摘要: 随着汽车行业的竞争日趋激烈,汽车产品的轻量化越发受到重视。相比螺栓等其他紧 固件,铆钉具有质量轻、成本低、操作简单等优势,因此,铆接工艺得到了广泛应用。但由 于铆接的动态过程不易识别,所以文章引入一种铆钉监控系统来监测铆接全过程,为铆钉连 接可靠提供保障。该系统由扫码设备、压力传感器、深度传感器、铆接枪、信号处理系统、 计算机、操作软件组成,由铆钉枪上的位移和力传感器获取铆接过程中的实时数据,通过与 既定数据比对,发现由于目标件的厚度、铆钉材质、铆接孔径等差异带来的铆接过程参数变 化。此铆钉监控系统提升了监测铆接过程的能力,对汽车产品的轻量化有一定意义。

Abstract: With the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive industry, the lightweight of vehicles has attracted more and more attention. Compared with bolts and other fasteners, rivets have the advantages of light weight, low cost and simple operation. Therefore, riveting technology has been widely used. However, because the dynamic process of riveting is not easy to identify, this paper introduces a rivet monitoring system to monitor the process of riveting to guarantee reliable connection. The system consists of code scanning equipment, pressure sensor, depth sensor, riveting gun, signal processing system, personal computer and operation software. The displace- ment and force sensors on the rivet gun obtain the real-time data in the riveting process. By comparing with the established data, the changes of parameters caused by the differences of target part thickness, rivet material and riveting aperture are found. The rivet monitoring system improves the ability of monitoring the riveting process and is of certain significance to the lightweight of vehicles.
