车门关闭过程的流场分析

摘要: 目前,部分流通于市场的汽车车型都存在车门关闭时车内乘员易有耳压感和不适感的 问题。在车门关闭过程中,因车舱内气体无法有效排出,由此造成车舱内外存在压力差。国 内外对此现象的研究较少,因此,论文利用流体软件中的重叠网格法,通过仿真模拟对车门 关闭过程中人耳处位置进行监测,得出监测点压强变化曲线,并对流场进行分析,进而得出 人耳处压强变化趋势以及计算域内流场特性。

Abstract: At present, some automobile models circulating in the market are prone to ear pressure and discomfort when the door is closed. During the door closing process, the gas in the cabin cannot be effectively discharged, resulting in a pressure difference inside and outside the cabin. There is little research on this phenomenon at home and abroad. Therefore, this paper uses the overlapping grid method in fluent software to monitor the position of the human ear during the door closing process through simulation, obtaines the pressure change curve at the monitoring point, analyzes the flow field, then obtaines the pressure change trend at the human ear and the flow field characteristics in the calculation domain.
