基于机器视觉的电池试验状态监控技术

Battery Testing Status Monitoring Technology Based on Machine Vision

摘要: 为了在电池试验过程中实时掌握试验过程的形态变化,确保试验安全、提高数据可靠 性,并实现自动化管理,避免设备损坏或人员伤亡。文章采用至少一个摄像头对被测电池进 行实时拍摄,将拍摄得到的多张图像按照时间戳先后顺序进行排列,得到图像序列;然后, 从图像序列中截取被测电池的位置,得到图像块序列;接着,针对图像块序列中的每个图像 块,判断边缘是否有完整的特定颜色的边界,删除具有完整边界的图像块,并将剩余的图像 块进行拼接和压缩处理得到压缩包;最后,将压缩包存储到本地,在本地对试验状态进行还 原,通过本地还原技术复现电池试验的完整过程,实现自动且全面的电池试验状态监控。试 验结果表明,基于机器视觉的电池试验状态监控技术在存储空间、存储时间、带宽占用时间 和分辨率指标上均优于传统方法。

Abstract: To real-time grasp the morphological changes during the battery test process, ensure test safety, improve data reliability, and achieve automated management to avoid equipment damage or personnel injury. Using at least one camera to capture real-time footage of the tested battery, arranging multiple images in chronological order according to their timestamps to obtain a sequence of images; Then, extract the position of the tested battery from the image sequence to obtain a sequence of image blocks; Next, for each image block in the sequence of image blocks, it is determined whether the edge has a complete boundary of a specific color, the image blocks with complete boundaries are deleted, and the remaining image blocks are concatenated and compressed to obtain a compressed packet; Finally, the compressed package is stored locally, and the test status is restored locally. The complete process of battery testing is reproduced through local restoration technology, achieving automatic and comprehensive monitoring of battery testing status. The experimental results show that the battery test status monitoring technology based on machine vision has lower storage space, storage time, bandwidth occupancy time, and resolution indicators than traditional methods.
