摘要: 文章简述了汽车机械式驻车制动系统的工作原理,结合分析操作手柄在零公里和用户 端的故障模式产生原因并提出解决方法,目的是减少此类故障的发生。同时对操作手柄锁止 失效的故障模式进行深入分析,得出其主要原因是齿板和卡爪损坏,通过在设计预防、制造 提升、装配保证等三个层面进行论证,对零件材质选择、尺寸设计及控制、表面热处理等提 出具体的改进方案。文章所提出的研究方法和改进措施对同类产品类似失效模式的预防具有 实际的借鉴意义。

Abstract: This article briefly describes the working principle of the mechanical parking brake system in automobiles. By analyzing the causes of faults in the operation handle at zero kilometers and at the user end, and proposing solutions, the aim is to reduce the occurrence of such faults. Meanwhile, a detailed analysis of the failure mode of the operation handle lock failure is conducted, and it is concluded that the main cause is the damage of the tooth plate and the claw. Through arguments at three levels: design prevention, manufacturing improvement, and assembly guarantee, specific improvement plans are proposed for material selection, size design and control, and surface heat treatment of the parts. The research methods and improvement measures in this article have practical reference significance for the prevention of similar failure modes in similar products.
