基于线控制动失效的整车制动力分配研究

摘要: 线控制动因其响应速度快、可控性好等优点,被广泛应用于新能源汽车。当线控制动 某一处或多处发生失效时,将会降低整车制动强度以及引发车辆跑偏等安全问题。文章通过 基于线控制动系统的特点,研究线控制动失效工况下整车制动力分配及控制方法,从传统制 动力分配出发,分别对线控制动单点和多点失效情况下的整车制动力学进行分析,提出了基 于线控制动系统整车制动力协调控制方法,进而降低制动失效时整车的横摆力矩,确保车辆 安全性和稳定性。

Abstract: The brake-by-wire has the advantages of fast response speed and good controllability, and is widely used in new energy vehicles. When one or more of brake-by-wire fails, it will reduce the braking strength of the vehicle and cause the safety problem of the vehicle running off. Based on the characteristics of the brake-by-wire system, this paper studies the braking force distribution and control method of vehicle under the brake-by-wire failure condition. Starting from the traditional braking force distribution, the vehicle braking dynamics under single point and multi-point failure of the brake-by-wire is analyzed respectively, and the vehicle braking force coordination control method based on the brake-by-wire system is proposed to reduce the vehicle yaw moment and ensure the safety and stability of the vehicle when the brake failure occurs.
