某汽车转向管柱连接支座开裂分析及改进

摘要: 为了解决某驾校车辆训练过程中,由于频繁猛打方向盘造成转向管柱连接支座与转向 管柱之间耐久开裂的问题,文章提出了一种增补加强支架结构的方法,通过采用计算机辅助 工程(CAE)仿真计算对比分析,改进后的支架(材质:DC01)最大应力由原来的 294 MPa 降低到 140 MPa,有效地解决了开裂问题。这提高了转向系统的工作可靠性和使用寿命,为 后续销售至驾校的车辆,在设计阶段就规避转向管柱连接支座开裂市场问题提供参考。

Abstract: To address the durability cracking issue between the steering column mounting bracket and the steering column caused by frequent aggressive steering in a driving school vehicle, a solution involving the addition of a reinforcing bracket is proposed in this paper. Comparative computer-aided engineering (CAE) simulation analysis demonstrated that the maximum stress in the improved bracket (Material: DC01) is reduced from 294 MPa to 140 MPa. This enhancement improves the operational reliability and service life of the steering system, and provides a reference for avoiding market issues related to cracking of the steering column mounting bracket during the design phase for vehicles intended to be sold to driving schools.
