科教融汇视域下职业本科教育汽车专业 人才培养路径

The Paths of Talent Cultivation for Automobile Major in Vocational Undergraduate Education from the Perspective of the Integration of Science and Education

摘要: 随着汽车产业向电动化、智能化、网联化方向快速发展,职业本科教育在培养高层次 技术技能人才方面面临新的机遇与挑战。文章以科教融汇为核心理念,聚焦职业本科汽车专 业人才培养路径,旨在通过教学与科研的深度融合,探索人才培养新模式。从培养目标、课 程体系、教学模式、师资队伍及评价体系等方面入手,提出构建“基础课程+专业课程+科研 训练”三位一体的课程体系,推行项目化教学与校企合作实践,强化师资队伍的科研与实践 能力等具体路径,为培养适应汽车产业变革需求的高素质技术技能人才提供理论依据与实践 参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the automotive industry towards electrification, intelligence, and networking, vocational undergraduate education is facing new opportunities and challenges in cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents. This paper takes the integration of science and education as the core concept, focuses on the talent cultivation path of vocational undergraduate automotive majors, aims to explore new models of talent cultivation through the deep integration of teaching and research. Starting from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum system, teaching mode, teaching staff and evaluation system, the specific pathways, such as proposing to construct a three in one curriculum system of "basic courses+professional courses+scientific research training", promoting project-based teaching and school enterprise cooperation practice, and strengthening scientific research and practical ability of the teaching staff. It provides theoretical foundations and practical references for cultivating high-quality technical talents that meet the transformative demands of the automotive industry.
