新工科背景下本科汽车专业“三阶递进式” 工作室培养路径构建与实践 ——以韶关学院为例

Construction and Practice of a "Three-stage Progressive" Studio Training Pathway for Undergraduate Automotive Programs in the Context of New Engineering Education -The Case of Shaoguan University

摘要: 随着汽车产业向智能化、网联化、绿色化转型,对应用型本科汽车人才的跨学科整合 与创新能力提出更高要求,但现有培养体系存在创新、实践及成果转化短板。文章以韶关学 院汽车专业创新工作室为依托,构建“基础-集成-转化”三阶段进阶培养路径,并配套分 层项目与保障机制。经三年实践验证,该路径成效显著,四年内成员获省级及以上奖项 18 项 (国家级 3 项),完成科研项目 1 项、发表论文 2 篇、获专利 2 项;学生升学比例从 50%升至 60%,高质量就业比例稳定在 40%~50%。该模式可在多年级混合、小规模条件下稳定运行, 能提升学生跨学科与工程创新能力,对工科应用型本科院校具有推广价值。

Abstract: As the automotive industry transforms toward intellectualization, connectivity, and greenization, it places higher demands on the interdisciplinary integration and innovation capabilities of application-oriented undergraduate automotive talents. However, the existing training system has shortcomings in innovation, practice, and achievement transformation. Based on the Innovation Studio of the automotive major at shaoguan university, this paper constructs a three-stage progressive training path of "Foundation-Integration-Transformation" and supports it with a hierarchical project system and operation guarantee mechanism. Three years of practice verify that this path achieves remarkable results: within four years, members of the studio have won 18 provincial-level and above awards (including 3 national-level ones), completed 1 scientific research project, published 2 papers, and obtained 2 patents, the proportion of students pursuing further studies has increased from 50% to 60%, and the proportion of high-quality employment remains stable between 40% and 50%. This model can operate stably under the conditions of multi-grade mix and small scale, enhance students' interdisciplinary and engineering innovation capabilities, and has promotion value for applicationoriented undergraduate colleges and universities of engineering.
