摘要: 文章聚焦于卧式加工中心坐标系的自动计算,对宏程序嵌套实现坐标系自动计算的具 体方法与步骤进行了详尽阐述。同时设计出一段具备广泛适用性的嵌套宏程序,以应对多样 化的加工场景。经实际生产验证,该坐标系自动计算宏程序嵌套技术显著提升了加工前生产 准备的效率,有效增强了加工精度,极大地降低了因人为因素导致的误差累积问题,为产品 的高效、高质量加工提供了有力保障。

关键词: 数控加工;宏程序嵌套;坐标系计算;误差分析

Abstract: This article focuses on the automatic calculation of the coordinate system of a horizontal machining center, and elaborates in detail on the specific methods and steps for realizing the automatic calculation of the coordinate system through the nesting of macro programs. At the same time, a nested macro program with wide applicability is designed to deal with diverse machining scenarios. Verified by actual production, the nested technology of the macro program for automatic calculation of the coordinate system has significantly improved the efficiency of production preparation before machining, effectively enhanced the machining accuracy, greatly reduced the problem of error accumulation caused by human factors, and provided a powerful guarantee for the efficient and high-quality machining of products.
