电动汽车充电系统电弧故障的建模与仿真

Modeling and Simulation of Arc Fault in the Charging System of Electric Vehicles

摘要: 动力电池组在充电过程中由于高压线路连接松动、继电器吸合不稳、线路绝缘老化破 损等常常引发电弧故障,对线路的安全性造成极大威胁。目前电动汽车充电系统不能有效检 测充电过程中的电弧故障,为研究充电电弧故障,论文建立电动汽车充电系统电弧故障模型。 模型包括车载充电机电路模型、电弧故障模型以及动力电池组模型。以三相脉冲宽度调制 (PWM)整流电路和移相全桥变换电路模拟车载充电机,以 Cassie 电弧模型作为直流串联电 弧故障模型,以 MATLAB 工具箱中的 battery 模型模拟动力电池组。经过计算机仿真,得到 发生电弧故障时,不同电池荷电状态下动力电池组端电压、电弧两端电压及回路电流的变化 规律,为电动汽车充电回路电弧故障识别提供理论依据。

Abstract: Due to the loose connection of high-voltage line, unstable suction of relay, aging damage of line insulation and other reasons, arc fault is often caused, which poses a great threat to the safety of the circuit. The current electric vehicle charging system can not effectively detects the arc fault in the charging process. This paper establishes an arc fault model of charging system. The model includes vehicle charging circuit model, arc fault model and pack model. The three phase pulse width modulation (PWM) rectifier circuit and phase shift full bridge transform circuit are used to simulate the vehicle-mounted charger, the Cassie arc model is used as the direct current series arc fault model,and the battery model in MATLAB toolbox is used to simulate the battery. Through computer simulation, the changes of terminal voltage of power battery pack, voltage at both ends of arc and circuit current under different state of charge are obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for electric vehicle charging circuit arc fault identification.
