Research on the Reconstruction Path of Vocational Undergraduate Automotive Engineering Curriculum System Based on Deep AI Integration

摘要: 为应对汽车产业智能化转型带来的“数字金领”人才短缺问题,破解职业本科教育中 人工智能(AI)与专业课程“两张皮”的融合困境,研究构建了“系统分析-模块解构-知 识融入-体系重构”的四阶段操作模型,将 AI 知识系统融入课程体系。通过解构多门传统课 程,重组形成智能汽车平台与线控执行系统等五门系统级课程,形成了从机械认知到智能系 统思维的螺旋式能力培养路径,实现了从知识传授到系统级工程思维培养的根本转变。并完 成了智能汽车平台与线控执行系统核心课程的示范性重构,研究为职业本科汽车专业应对产 业智能化变革提供了一种参考解决方案。

Abstract: To address the shortage of "digital golden collar" talent brought about by the intelligent transformation of the automotive industry and to overcome the challenge of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) with professional courses in a disjointed manner of "two separate entities" in vocational undergraduate education, this study constructed a four-stage operational model of "systematic analysis-modular deconstruction-knowledge integration-system reconstruction" to systematically integrate AI knowledge into the curriculum. By deconstructing multiple traditional courses, five system-level courses, such as "Intelligent Vehicle Platform and By-wire Actuation System," are reorganized, forming a spiral pathway for capability development from mechanical cognition to intelligent system thinking, achieving a fundamental shift from knowledge transmission to the cultivation of system-level engineering thinking. Additionally, a demonstrative reconstruction of the core course Intelligent Vehicle Platform and By-wire Actuation System is completed. This research provides a reference solution for vocational undergraduate automotive programs to cope with industrial intelligent transformation.
