高职新能源汽车技术专业“岗课赛证”融通 育人模式研究

摘要: 为应对新能源汽车产业迅猛发展带来的高素质技术技能人才缺口问题,推动“岗课赛 证”融通育人成为教育改革的重要任务。文章针对当前高职院校新能源汽车技术专业存在的 课岗脱节、赛证整合表层化、四要素协同不足等问题,通过构建校企动态适配的课程更新机 制、分级转化的梯度递进实训体系、证书导向的虚实结合教学模式,以及协同共育的产教融 合保障体系,形成闭环育人模式。教学实践表明,该模式使学生知识目标达成度提高、实践 技能与竞赛表现同步提升、职业素养与规范意识显著增强,从而为精准对接产业需求、提升 人才培养质量提供路径参考。

Abstract: To address the shortage of highly competent technical and skilled talents caused by the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, promoting the integrated education model of "Post, Curriculum, Competition, and Certification" has become a crucial task in educational reform. This paper focuses on the prevalent issues within the new energy vehicle technology programs at higher vocational colleges, such as the disconnection between curriculum and occupational demands, the superficial integration of competitions and certifications, and insufficient synergy among the four elements. To tackle these challenges, a closed-loop talent cultivation model is proposed. The model is constructed by establishing a dynamically adaptive school-enterprise curriculum updating mechanism, a progressively graded practical training system transformed from competition standards, a certificateoriented virtual-real integrated teaching model, and a collaborative industry-education integration support system. Teaching practice demonstrates that this model effectively enhances the achievement of knowledge objectives, improves practical skills in tandem with competition performance, and significantly strengthens professional ethics and standardized operational awareness, thus providing a referential pathway for precisely aligning with industrial demands and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
