基于 PGSD 能力分析模型的课程思政 探索与研究 ——以新能源汽车使用与维护课程为例

Exploration and Research on Curriculum Ideological and Political Education Based on the PGSD Competency Analysis Model -Take the Course of the New Energy Vehicle Usage and Maintenance as an Example

摘要: 文章基于 PGSD 能力分析模型,针对新能源汽车使用与维护课程开展教学改革与课程 思政探索。以模型涵盖的职业行动、通用、社会、发展四大能力为框架,结合新能源汽车维 修行业的职业特性与人才需求,重构教学内容并精准设定对应思政目标。通过采用多元教学 法、构建多元评价体系、强化教学保障等路径,将工匠精神、学习意识、职业操守、创新思 维等思政元素有机融入教学全过程。实践表明,该模式有效实现了学生专业技能与职业素养的 同步提升,维护保养的操作水平良好率达到 85%,课堂活动的参与度达 98%,为职业院校汽 车类课程思政建设提供了可借鉴的新思路与实践路径。

Abstract: Based on the PGSD competency analysis model, teaching reform and exploration of curriculum ideological and political education in the course of the new energy vehicle usage and maintenance have been carried out. With the four major capabilities of professional actions, general, social and development covered by the model as the framework, and in combination with the professional characteristics and talent demands of the new energy vehicle maintenance industry, the teaching content is reconstructed and corresponding ideological and political education goals are precisely set. By adopting diverse teaching methods, establishing a multi-faceted evaluation system, and strengthening teaching support, ideological and political elements such as craftsmanship spirit, learning awareness, professional ethics, and innovative thinking are organically integrated into the entire teaching process. Practical experience shows that this model has effectively achieved the simultaneous improvement of students' professional skills and vocational qualities. The rate of good maintenance operation levels has reached 85%, and the participation rate in classroom activities has reached 98%. It provides a new and practical approach for the ideological and political education construction of automotive courses in vocational colleges.
