多元耦合仿生型线对汽车气动性能及 经济性的影响

Effect of Multi-Coupling Bionic Profiles on the Aerodynamic Performance and Economy of Automobiles

摘要: 为降低汽车的行驶阻力、提高汽车的气动性能,以助力国家“双碳”目标的实现,文 章基于仿生流动控制理论,从具有低阻特性的生物中获取多元耦合仿生型线,并应用于汽车 外形的设计。通过数值模拟,研究了汽车的空气动力学特性,揭示了多元耦合仿生型线对汽 车气动阻力的影响机理,然后通过 AVL-Cruise 软件对汽车减阻所带来的经济效益进行了计算, 研究结果表明,采用多元耦合仿生型线后,厢式货车的阻力系数降低 18.5%,百公里油耗降 低 0.28 L;小型汽车风阻系数降低 15.8%,百公里油耗降低 0.14 L。

Abstract: To reduce the driving resistance of automobiles and enhance their aerodynamic performance, thereby contributing to the realization of the national "dual carbon" goals, this article based on the theory of bionic flow control, acquires multi-coupled bionic profiles from organisms with low drag characteristics and applies them to the design of vehicle shapes. Through numerical simulation, the aerodynamic characteristics of automobiles are studied, revealing the influence mechanism of multi-coupled bionic profiles on the aerodynamic drag of automobiles. Then, the economic benefits brought by the drag reduction of automobiles are calculated using the AVL-Cruise software. The research results show that after adopting multi-coupled bionic profiles, the drag coefficient of van-type trucks is reduced by 18.5%, and the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is reduced by 0.28 L; the drag coefficient of small cars is reduced by 15.8%, and the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is reduced by 0.14 L.
