Abstract: To address the key pain point that the traditional course of Commercial Vehicle Chassis Structure and Control Technology fails to match the job requirements of field engineers at Scania's complete vehicle manufacturing plant, this paper adopts work-process-oriented core logic. Based on real job scenarios and competency requirements, it fully integrates the theory-practice integrated teaching concept. While retaining the core framework of the traditional course, it incorporates Scania-specific processes, factory specifications and practical production procedures to build a three-in-one curriculum system of "theory-practice-post". By clarifying curriculum positioning, decomposing job competencies, optimizing content modules and improving evaluation mechanisms, it realizes precise alignment between curriculum and posts, and provides practical references for the cultivation of compound field engineers in automobile manufacturing.
