基于 UDS 通信的电检 EOL 诊断仪设计及实现

摘要: 随着汽车行业的不断发展,在整车最终检测流程(EOL)开发验证的过程中,产品研 发阶段缺少进行充分的测试验证。为解决试制阶段因软件问题导致的电检问题项影响生产, 以及整车开发 V 流程在研发阶段缺少电检 EOL 诊断验证工具的现状,文章开展基于统一的诊 断服务(UDS)通信的电检 EOL 诊断仪设计及实现。基于行业 EOL 诊断仪及生产基地 EOL 测试现状分析,进行电检 EOL 诊断仪设计开发,通过电检 EOL 诊断仪界面进行方案设计, 设计电检 EOL 诊断仪软硬件方案,基于仿真测试、实车测试进行控制器 EOL 验证。研究结 果显示,电检 EOL 诊断仪可实现控制器的配置文件写入、模块信息读取、配置字写入、系统 标定项、静态功能检测、清故障码、读故障码功能验证,用于研发阶段规避因控制器软件导 致的 EOL 问题,为 EOL 验证相关领域研究人员提供一种研究思路。

Abstract: With the continuous development of the automotive industry, insufficient testing and validation during the product development phase have hindered the implementation of end of line test (EOL) procedures for complete vehicle inspection. To address the production issues caused by software-related electrical inspection problems during the trial production phase, as well as the lack of EOL diagnostic verification tools in the V-mode development process of vehicle development, this paper carries out the design and implementation of an EOL diagnostic tester based on unified diagnostic services (UDS) communication. Based on an analysis of the current state of industry EOL diagnostic testers and production base EOL testing, the EOL diagnostic tester is designed and developed. The interface of the EOL diagnostic tester is designed, and the hardware and software solutions for the tester are developed. Controller EOL verification is conducted through simulation testing and real vehicle testing. The research results show that the EOL diagnostic tester can achieve functions such as controller configuration file writing, module information reading, configuration word writing, system calibration items, static function testing, fault code clearing, and fault code reading. It can be used to avoid EOL issues caused by controller software during the development phase, providing a research approach for researchers in the field of EOL verification.
