摘要: 文章围绕商用车机械式自动变速器(AMT)的起步工况,提出了一种基于滑模理论的 扭矩控制方法,该方法通过构造滑切换函数及趋近律,使得系统状态能够快速趋近并最终稳 定在滑模面附近的邻域内,为了解决滑模控制的抖振问题,趋近律使用饱和函数。通过不同 载重条件下的仿真试验,并与传统控制方法对比验证控制效果,同时完成实车试验。结果表 明,所提方法在车辆起步工况下具备优良的控制性能。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the starting condition of commercial vehicle automated manual transmission (AMT), and proposes a torque control method based on sliding mode theory. The method constructs a sliding mode switching function and a reaching law, so that the system state can quickly approach and finally stabilize in the neighborhood near the sliding mode surface. To solve the chattering problem of sliding mode control, the reaching law adopts a saturation function. Simulation tests are carried out under different load conditions and compared with traditional control methods to verify the control effect, and real-vehicle tests are also conducted. The results show that the proposed method has excellent control performance under vehicle starting conditions.
