摘要: 在新质生产力加速重塑新能源汽车产业的背景下,智能化、绿色化转型对维保人才的 知识、技能与素质提出颠覆性要求。该研究聚焦人才培养滞后于技术迭代的核心矛盾,基于 新质生产力“创新主导、数字化、高质量”内涵,系统解析其对行业技术变革及人才需求的 影响。针对课程滞后、产教脱节、能力错位等结构性缺陷,提出以“技术敏感型课程模型” 为内核的“CPIES”五维协同培养框架。通过车云一体化实训、危场景虚实融合等特色设计, 构建培养“技术复合性+数字素养+创新适应性”维保人才的新范式。实施分析表明,该模式 缩短课程更新周期、提升核心技能掌握率与企业满意度,为职业教育响应新质生产力需求提 供有效路径。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of new productive forces accelerating the reshaping of the new energy vehicle industry, the transformation toward intelligence and greenization is placing subversive demands on the knowledge, skills, and qualities of maintenance talents. This research focuses on the core contradiction where talent cultivation lags behind technological iteration. Based on the connotation of new productive forces as "innovation-driven, digitalized, and high-quality," it systematically analyzes their impact on industrial technological changes and talent demand. Addressing structural deficiencies such as outdated curricula, disconnection between education and industry, and mismatched capabilities, the study proposes a "CPIES" five-dimensional collaborative cultivation framework with a "technology-sensitive curriculum model" at its core. Through distinctive designs such as vehicle-cloud integrated training and virtual-real fusion for hazardous scenarios, a new paradigm for cultivating maintenance talents with "technical comprehensiveness+digital literacy+innovative adaptability" is established. Implementation analysis shows that this model shortens the curriculum update cycle, improves the mastery rate of core skills, and enhances enterprise satisfaction, providing an effective path for vocational education to respond to the needs of new productive forces|.
