摘要: 文章探讨了数字图像相关法(DIC)在零部件冲击试验中载荷测量的应用,旨在验证其 动态载荷测量的准确性和可靠性。通过吸能盒与减震系统的落锤试验,比较了 DIC 技术与传 统测量方法在捕捉动态载荷变化及频谱特性分析中的表现。结果表明,DIC 系统能够精确记 录冲击过程中的载荷变化,并在弹性系统测试中显示出独特优势,证明了其在复杂和高速动 态环境下的稳定性和可靠性。DIC 技术为冲击试验提供了高效且精准的载荷测量方案,是对 传统方法的重要补充,有助于提升工业领域的测量精度和效率。

Abstract: This article explores the application of digital image correlation (DIC) method in load measurement during component impact tests, aiming to verify its accuracy and reliability in dynamic load measurement. Through drop hammer tests on energy-absorbing boxes and shock absorption systems, the performance of DIC technology and traditional measurement methods in capturing dynamic load changes and spectrum characteristic analysis is compared. The results show that the DIC system can accurately record the load changes during the impact process and exhibits unique advantages in elastic system tests, demonstrating its stability and reliability in complex and high-speed dynamic environments. The DIC technology provides an efficient and precise load measurement solution for impact tests, serving as an important complement to traditional methods and contributing to improving the measurement accuracy and efficiency in the industrial field.
