工具自动选型辅助空间校核在同步工程中的 研究及应用

摘要: 工具选型是整车工艺开发和同步工程开发的重要环节,常规都是人工选择工具、加载 工具数据及校核,整体操作频次高、效率低,需要花费大量人力及时间。文章介绍如何结合 工具选型的规则及空间校核的基本原则,在整车工艺开发过程中自动的进行工具选型辅助空 间校核,分析工具自动选型的架构、逻辑,数据库搭建及常见的产品结构和工厂工艺流程校 核的两种形式。工具的自动化选型及空间校核的实现,规避了工具漏分析的问题,减少了产 品变更,同时自动生成车型工具清单,大幅提高了效率节省了项目上的成本及人员投入,具 有推广意义。

Abstract: Tool selection is an important part of vehicle process development and synchronous engineering development. Conventional tools are selected manually, tool data is loaded and checked, and the overall operation frequency is high and the efficiency is low, which requires a lot of manpower and time. This paper introduces how to combine the rules of tool selection and the basic principles of space check, and automatically carry out the auxiliary space check of tool selection in the process of vehicle process development, and analyzes the structure, logic, database construction and two forms of common product structure and factory process check. The realization of automatic tool selection and space check avoids the problem of tool missing analysis, reduces product changes, and automatically generates vehicle tool list, which greatly improves efficiency and saves project cost and personnel input, and has promotion significance.
